How much do you charge for a website?

This is definitely our MOST frequently asked question, and rightfully so! Every site and every project present different goals, and challenges, so it's hard to give an EXACT price. However, we can give you some ideas as to how much your project might cost.

  • A custom made, static, basic "Web Presence" site starts at $500 - $600 for 1-3 pages.
    Additional pages average at about $75-$100/ea depending on how much work they require.
    Most of these sites we do average between $1000 - $2500.
  • A custom made CMS (Content Management System) site is a highly dynamic website that allows for lots of interactivity with visitors, as well as the ability for the client to update and maintain themselves. These generally start at $2500.
  • Ecommerce sites start at $5,000

Most services average at $50/hour. We also offer discounts for non-profit organizations.

How long does is the turn around on a website?

Again, each project varies as everything we do is custom made. However, when we come up with an initial proposal, we will be able to provide you with am accurate timeline.

You can expect that your site will take anywhere from 10 days to 2 months depending on the scope and amount of work involved.

Ready to hire! When can you start?

We can usually begin your project within 2-7 days of your first payment.

Usually after we have been hired on we require a down payment. Generally we are able to start on your project with 2-7 days of receiving the down payment.

Do you offer payment plans? How does payment work?

We are a small company, and have a limited number of financing options. That being said, we don't want money to deter from you or your company having a gorgeous website. Although in general we require 50% down upon hire, and the remaining 50% when the site launches, we are willing to work with you to create other payment arrangements.

Currently we accept cash, check, and PayPal.

What about maintenance? Do you or I do that?

We will never leave you out there in the interwebs all alone! We have had some clients who haven't the time or money to be able to update their own website. We perform monthly check ups on your site to make sure it's performing as desired. We are happy to maintain the site for you, as little or as often as you want. Depending on the amount of changes you need, we price out maintenance either as a "per job" type deal, or a monthly charge.

If you are looking for a site that you can easily maintain yourself, we recommend going the Wordpress CMS route. Although these sites are more expensive in the short term, you will save money later on by being able to maintain and update your site yourself.

Why don't you list your phone number online?

We don't list our phone number online because we like to keep our lines open and available for just our clients. By not listing our phone number we increase creativity & productivity as we receive fewer interruptions and sales calls.

Once you are our client, you will have full access to us.

ABSOLUTELY! We can work with you via Skype, telephone, and email, just as if you were here in our area!
